If you’re looking for access to Millican Reserve, we’re here to help.

First, you should know that Millican Reserve is private property. Access is only permitted for residents, invited guests, and staff.

From here you can take several paths, depending on where you’re headed:

👉 If you need to get through the gate, you should use the code which has been provided to you. If the code is not working, or if you have another question, please email us at info@millicanreserve.com. If you are attending a private event and the gate is locked, please contact your host.

👉 If you’re an active Conservancy Member or a TrailPass holder and you’re looking for Millican’s private trail system, please park in the area to your left labeled “Base Camp Parking.” From there, follow the signs to the trail system. Please observe trail rules at all times.

👉 If you have an appointment at the Farm, please park in the area labeled “Base Camp Parking” and walk to the Farm where the Farmer will meet you.

If you’re wanting to learn more about Millican Reserve, our website millicanreserve.com is a great place to start.  We’re a community that is built around nature; spanning well over 2,000 private acres, we connect FM 2154 (Wellborn Road), FM 159, and State Highway 6, and we connect large untouched wilderness areas and trails.  You’ll find homes and villages here as well as a membership-based nonprofit conservancy that serves as the steward of our natural resources and provides health-and-wellness programming focused on nature.  If you are interested in finding a home here, or possibly supporting the Conservancy, please email us at info@millicanreserve.com and we will steer you in the right direction!

Trying to find someone’s home or to see one of the villages

You’re currently at the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve.  The residential sections are not accessible by car from here.  You’ll need to head back to Wellborn Road and follow the directions linked below.

The Hollow

The Hollow is a private village of homes; from here take a right on FM 2154, then take the next right on Millican Creek Trail.  The Hollow will be on your left.

The Creek

The Creek is a private village of homes; from here take a right on FM 2154, then take the next right on Millican Creek Trail.  The Creek will be at the end of the road.

The Meadows

The Meadows village is located of of State Highway 6.  From here take a left on FM 2154, another left on FM 159, and then turn left onto the Highway 6 feeder road.  At the first underpass, make a U-turn under Highway 6 and head south on the feeder road.  The Meadows will be on your right.
