Millican Reserve is private property and is not open to the public.

Homeowner families and Conservancy members have access to Millican Reserve; if you don't fall into either category, please consider scheduling a tour of the property, joining the Conservancy, or attending one of our frequent community events.  We look forward to seeing you!

Millican Reserve is a farm-to-table community in College Station, Texas, featuring homes, trails, farms, and wide open spaces.

Our mission is to build healthy community around nature.
Limited access to Millican Reserve's trail system is available to members of the Conservancy.  Members support the conservation mission of Millican Reserve and help fund the maintenance of the trails.  If you would like to hit the trails, please consider joining the Conservancy.
Members may bring friendly, well-behaved dogs to approved areas at Millican Reserve as long as they remain on leash or under voice control at all times.  You are responsible for picking up after your dog!

No.  (That's the short answer.)

All participants must be Conservancy Members to access the property.  Please ask your friend to purchase a Conservancy Membership before joining you on the property.  A TrailPass membership is inexpensive and helps support our conservation vision!  (Note that minors listed on their parent's member account do not need to hold their own membership.)
For safety reasons, it is never recommended to venture onto the trails alone.  And anyone under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult.

Fishing is not allowed.

If you are an angler, keep an eye on our calendar because we do host fishing activities from time to time.  And if you are a homeowner at Millican Reserve, please check with us because some rules are different for you.
The status of the hiking and biking trails can be found at -
If you are a Conservancy Member, you can access the trails via the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve.  This can be found at 19851 FM 2154 College Station, TX 77845.
