RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your order. If you order something from us and you don’t love it, please know that you can return most items to us within 30 days for a refund.

To return an item, please email us at info@millicanreserve.com. For more detailed instructions about our return policy, and to find out what exclusions apply to returns, please continue reading below.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If there is a problem with your item or your order, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. We will cover the shipping charges.

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include anything that has been used and anything that has been damaged through normal wear and tear.

If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered within the 30-day window, you may return it. In order to return your item, contact us at info@millicanreserve.com and we will provide steps for you to return the item in the mail. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of the same items, such as t-shirts. In order to process an exchange, contact us at info@millicanreserve.com.

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks. Delays may occur due to weather conditions and transit times. Once processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and should appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days. Note that the initial shipping and delivery fee is non-refundable if your return is based on preference.

EVENTS

Event tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

CAMP MILLICAN

In the event of a cancellation, please notify Camp Director (camp@millicanreserve.com) as soon as possible. Our refund policy for Camp tuition is as follows:

2 Weeks Notification – Eligible for 100% refund of tuition paid

1 Week Notification – Eligible for 50% refund of tuition paid

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
