DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If there is a problem with your item or your order, we’ll take care of it. If you received a defective or damaged product, let us know as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. We will cover the shipping charges.
Our return policy covers returns of most products in new condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include anything that has been used and anything that has been damaged through normal wear and tear.
If you’ve decided you don’t like what you ordered within the 30-day window, you may return it. In order to return your item, contact us at [email protected] and we will provide steps for you to return the item in the mail. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes of the same items, such as t-shirts. In order to process an exchange, contact us at [email protected].
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks. Delays may occur due to weather conditions and transit times. Once processed, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method and should appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days. Note that the initial shipping and delivery fee is non-refundable if your return is based on preference.
Event tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
