Millican Reserve is a private farm-to-table community in College Station, Texas, featuring homes, trails, farms, and wide open spaces. We are building healthy community around nature in the Brazos Valley!
You can be a part of Millican Reserve by becoming a resident, joining the non-profit Millican Reserve Land Conservancy (which manages the native landscape and provides community programming), renting one of our beautiful event venues for private use, or by participating in our farm's delicious offerings.
Millican Reserve is private property and is not open to the general public. Private access is available to homeowner families and Conservancy members subject to Conservancy rules and posted signs.
Please check our website for ways to make Millican Reserve your home and for affordable Conservancy membership options. Our calendar also offers frequent community events, and we offer tours upon request. We look forward to seeing you!

Members may bring friendly, well-behaved dogs to approved areas at Millican Reserve as long as they remain on leash or under voice control at all times. You are responsible for picking up after your dog!
