The Creek
The Creek is a small community of landowners celebrating the natural beauty of the Post Oak Savannah and its wildlife. The brook-fed, rolling landscape of Millican Reserve provides a scenic backdrop to the individual woodland tracts, each of which is over ten acres in size and rich in animal life. No two tracts at the Creek are alike, and each homestead’s placement responds to the unique orientation of this singular setting. Such considerations ensure that the built environment at the Creek remains of the land, not simply on the land.
