Conservation Volunteer Day
Join us for Conservation Volunteer Day at Millican Reserve! This monthly volunteer opportunity is perfect for those who want to make a direct impact on conservation efforts in our community. Volunteers will engage in various conservation-focused tasks, such as:
- Trail trash pick-up
- Invasive species removal
- Habitat restoration efforts
- Large conservation projects (e.g., building bird blinds, maintaining trail bridges)
- Tree planting and erosion control initiatives
This event is open to all skill levels, and no prior experience is required. Volunteers will work alongside our Outdoor Coordinators to help preserve and protect the natural beauty of Millican Reserve. Whether you’re passionate about conservation or just looking for a way to give back to nature, this is a great way to get involved!
