Millican Reserve Fishing Day 

Spend a day at the tranquil Market ponds with our Millican Reserve Fishing Day, an event perfect for young and beginner anglers. Our fishing pond is well-stocked with channel catfish and bluegill sunfish, offering a fantastic catch and release fishing experience. Limited fishing gear is available, so participants are encouraged to bring their own rods and reels. Worms will be provided, and our Outdoor Coordinator will be on hand to assist with rigging poles, baiting hooks, and safely removing hooks from fish caught. This event is an excellent opportunity for novice anglers to learn the basics of fishing in a supportive and picturesque environment. No fishing license is required to participate. 

This event is FREE for Individual & Family Members. Must be signed in at time of registration to receive discount.

Parking 

Please use the Farm Entrance to Millican Reserve (19851 FM 2154). Designated parking is at the grassy area across from the Market structure. You MAY NOT PROCEED past the Farm area in your vehicle. 

All outdoor events are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather. Registered attendees will be notified via email in the event of a cancellation.
